When ATV Watch first became involved in the ATV issue we quickly
realized that the key to our effectiveness was the accurate, complete
and timely disclosure of information by the state of New Hampshire.
Without this, we would always be one step behind the ATV trail
proponents and developers. For this reason we set information
disclosure by the state as a priority. This position was not been
well received by the state and our case has ended up in court.
After more than two years in the Superior Court the case is now before
the New Hampshire Supreme Court. |
