ATV Watch is a not
for profit corporation. At the present time all of our work is
accomplished through volunteer time and generous donations from
supporters.
We are a small, well
organized group with the primary goal of being effective. Every dollar
contributed goes towards effective actions.
Our work is not
dedicated to treating the symptoms of the problems but rather the root
of the problems. We are finding that solutions to underlying issues are
sometimes best achieved through two unrelated channels, education and
legal action.
All of our decisions
are derived with the primary goal of being effective and to be
effective, communication, printed material and sometimes legal
challenges are required.

This is only possible
with the support of our contributors.
Those opposed to our
work are extraordinarily well organized, well funded and in turn
politically well represented. The primary funding source of these groups
is through the strong financial support from the motorized industry,
including manufacturers and dealers.

demonstrate how important your contributions are.
At the present time
we are not registered as a 501C3. We are in the process of weighing the
financial benefits against the paperwork and compliance issues that may
negatively impact our effectiveness.
